sitting on a train among the mountains of Northern ThailanD

the first fragments of this piece started forming in my head.

Thailand would become a second home and this piece would be the spark to ignite this entire album a decade later.

based on an ancient myth in which a cathedral,
submerged underwater off the coasT,
rises up from the sea on clear mornings

priests chanting, bells chimin and the organ playing, from across the sea.
